I knew Johnny Krause quite well. Went with him on several W.Va. trips and ran into him on one of his many Colorado trips. He used a pair of 4x5 Speed Graphics and did his own negative processing. I have a large number of his Southern short Line and Colorado negatives. Over the years I've tried to compile a listing of dates for his Colorado trips. Johnny had a "drinking problem" and in later years he sold a large number of his negatives for $3.50 each. There is much more to this story, but this forum is not the proper place to air them.
