Re: C&TS Grande Gold on Coaches

I agree with Chris on this one. If we cannot have the historic authentic green color, then the Grande Gold would have been the next best authentic color. I just got some stuff transferred from the late 50's and there is 483 pulling a fantrip with them. But, I guess C&TS wants its own identity and if you are going to pick a color that was not used in all the coaches in regular trains, this one is pretty darned good. And, it reflects the colors of the special private cars. We have had this discussion in the past. It is what it is. I suspect someday they will have a premium set of cars and they will likely be either green or red.
