In honor of Gene Wilder (of 'Silver Streak' fame), oh Monitor -
. . . And the broadcast of 'Young FRAHNKENSTEEEEEN' on TCM last night - and those of us with drainable brains everywhere - please forgive me for quoting the young doctor upon his arrival at the gates of his ancestral castle from Transylvania Station (note the railroad connection), "What Knockers!!"
Just imagine the chaos if my Uncle Bill had lived long enough to share the Silver Screen with Frau Blücher, or if Mae West were still around in Mel Brooks' heyday!
