Just a note when we rebuild the no 20, the engineers 'injector' is not in the cab. Was the no 19s also outside of the cab when delivered? And if so when was it relocated inside the cab? Currently ehen we rebuilt it I'm Portland we put it inside the cab as that was it's location before rebuilding.
