It would be great if you guys can un-cover what is what. So long as there is enough paint slapped over the cars, the original numbers should be able to be uncovered, unless Taylor gets to thinking how much he would like to make me disappear, and gets a little too rough.

It's sort of funny to me how many museums that bought D&RGW freight cars after the abandonment felt they were so un-important that no one would care about the original numbers. But, I guess that that was a general feeling for a long time with anything but steam engines.
