Fritz:
What happened to the funding request for RPO # 65? I thought that was supposed to be the first car in the historic fleet restoration? Has any work been done in 2015 at the C&T Antonito CRF that was constructed almost a year ago?
Is History Colorado the only funding source for the C&T historic car fleet restoration? The C&T historic preservation ticket fee should be generating about $200K/ year so is this the matching funds for these requests?
What is the funding plan and timeline that accompanied the master plan for the historic passenger car fleet restoration? How does the historic car fleet restoration fit in (budget, timeline and manpower) with the rebuilding of D&RGW engines # 168 and #478?
At this rate we all will be pushing up daisies before the historic fleet turns a wheel.
