Hi Bill, I used to talk to Roger Briggs quite a bit when we were working on putting in the infrastructure (such as concrete floor, electrical, air system, and the dust collector system), and Roger said that building would only be a white elephant that would sit unused as "noboby wants to work in Antonito". I think if Roger were still around, he would be amazed about how wrong he was.
