Well, Rainbow -
I personally have no problem with chasers participating in the night photo shoot, IF it happens, but that decision is up to the organizers of the event - I am merely a supporter and errand-boy (note questioning 'smiley' on subject line). Please bear in mind
: - Although Tim Tennant has approved the idea in principal, it is up to the RR to decide whether there is enough time in the schedule to accommodate us.
- It may not be dark enough at Osier to warrant popping off a few bulbs - the shoot MAY be postponed to Sublette, Big Horn, Lava Tank or Ferguson's Trestle - the last three not readily accessible to chasers, especially at night - and again, it will be up to Conductor Loomis to determine that evening IF, and If So WHERE a night photo shoot MAY be held.
All I can say at this time is that I have placed my flash equipment along with the digital projector for Wednesday's and Friday's slide shows onto the big pile in the living room that will hopefully all fit in my car

p.s. We Tuzigoots don't have Totem Poles - there are no trees growing nearby that are large enough. We do, however, think very highly of our favorite mischief-maker and fertility symbol - Kokopelli - and have carved his likeness into numerous local rocks. See [
