Earl, thanks for pointing this out. If this is the case I will put a correction in the description. Based on a talk I had with the group that now owns the real estate and railroad facilities, it seemed the structure was on RR property (and looking at old aerial pictures, it was in the center of the balloon loop before that was removed), so I assumed it was related in some way. If anyone has more details I'd be interested.
