Just what gradient is there in either Chama or Antonito yards? On my visits they both looked flat to me.
Only place I can think of would be on the Coaling track in Chama and I haven't seen pictures of anything on there of late, Spike excepted.
Most of the cars there apart from the daily passenger cars, don't get used enough to be free rollers thus less likely to roll away.
