There is a pretty good 1940 Maxwell photo of the 471 at the Otowi water tank in the book "Chili Line The Narrow Rail Trail to Santa Fe" Third revised edition by John A. Gjevre, on page 40.

It appears the tank was a standard Rio Grande 50,000 gallon tank with rod hoop bands, an octagonal roof and centered frost box. Not able to tell what the footings are though.
