I tried to get MOST of the grizzly details in that paragraph. Steve's video will have EVERYTHING. It was the last section, and I was ready to be done. Ever done a write up in the forest? Man, the flies were driving me nuts (the insects were REALLY bugging me). What I left out is what I wasn't real clear on in my mind. I think the original owners have to provide all of the parts before the swap. There are still details to be worked out, and the approval of this part of the agenda gives John Bush permission to continue with getting the details ironed out. I assume there will be one more commission meeting required to give the FINAL approval, then it will either happen or not.
