Also note the green ex San Juan Baggage car, and where it is. First the full gon, then the caboose, and the combine(All in the proper order for the regular mixed to Silverton.
Then you have the green baggage car, which appears to have cross boards for safety, and then all coaches after that. This leads me to believe an excursion of some sorts is being carried behind the regular mixed. Also note the photographer with a tripod. Most of the regular tourists don't carry tripods around. Today you would see them holding an object away from their hands at arms length

So figure out when most all the coaches were painted in Grande Gold, and coincide when 463 was still around and you should have it. My guess is 1953, or maybe 52.
