If you are refering to the CD put out by Mobile Fidelity, the engineers were myself and Russ Fischer. Some of the totally off the wall wierd whistle blowing was done by the producer, Brad Miller, who managed to con himself into the cab so the whistle would be blown "his way".
The "girl engineer" was Marty Fischer (Russ' better half). She was a damned fine runner and a great fireman. She could keep up with the best of them.
