Well played. Part of my day job is contingency planning, and it looks like you have your little red book of plans...

One question: Were you able to accommodate the folks who bought a straight-thru Antonito-Chama ticket, and how? Whenever I ride finishing in Chama, there are usually a few folks trudging up the stairs with suitcases, staying overnight presumably to take the #216 back the next day...
