Hi Luke,
A very worthy project! SR&RL 10 was Baldwin C/N 44231, built in 1916, Baldwin Class 10-18-1/4-C,18. Cylinders were 12"x16", drivers 36" in diameter, and pilot and tender truck wheels 22" in diameter. The boiler diameter was 43", and firebox 46 11/16" long by 39 3/8" wide with a grate area of 12.7 sq. ft. Overall length was 26 feet, with a rigid wheelbase (driver spacing) of 5 feet. Tank capacity was 1000 gallons, and fuel capacity 1.5 tons of coal. Total engine weight was 75,750 lbs. (For other dimensions and specifications, see the table on page 148 of Jerry DeVos'
Sandy River & Rangeley Lakes Railroad & Predecessors, Vol. 1. -- a great book which also includes lots of useful pictures!)
Here is her Baldwin builder's photo:
Number 10 was reportedly Dana Aldrich's favorite engine, and he affectionately called her "The Dancing Lady" because she rode so smoothly at speed.
Her number plate (all that's left, sadly) is preserved at the Phillips Historical Society:
