Heisler No. 7 will need, at minimum, a new boiler, not to mention major surgery to its running gear. The bottom third of its boiler is horribly eroded from the acid-laced water it ingested for many years, and at least one gearbox is filled with pieces of gears and teeth. Not to say it can't be done, but it will require Cubic Dollars, to use one of Earl's favorite phrases.
