I agree that the two brownish looking rails are running rails and the two silverish rails are electric supply rails. Also notice that the electric supply rail outside the running rails does not extend into the tunnel. Inside the tunnel there are only three rails, with the electric supply rail in the center of the track spaced an equal distance from each running rail.
