Well said Randy! Steve was a mentor during my time on the D&S and continues to be one of the most influential persons in my life and railroad career. For those of us that were involved in the DRGW/DSNG transition era, we understand that the Durango and Silverton is what it is today because of Steve Jackson. It was great to get together with all my old friends and co-workers to honor Steve last Friday in Durango.
