The day after I took the pics, it snowed another 6 inches. We are good at sharp shooting the weather to do our outside activities. It was well below 0 this morning headed for a HIGH of -4.
As for winter activities at Cass - the front footboards on Shays don't plow snow well. Mower Lumber had a Shay with plow blades on the front truck, but it's now up at the B&O Museum in Baltimore. But, look for some winter operations on the Cass-Durbin line in the future.
