Thanks Bruce. I had not seen that one before. This photo is also an arrival photo or shortly thereafter from the fall of 1920. 20 was numbered 101 from the factory and 19 numbered 102. Both engines went through the Jan. 1921 roundhouse fire and we believe subsequently renumbered 19 and 20. Our archives has nothing I am aware of regarding the original purchase, so it would be interesting to know if there are any Alco historic records out there that would indicate whether the engines were ordered with the 101, 102 numbering by SVRy, or if perhaps they were from a cancelled order. Brian Norden posted a photo of a near twin built for a S.American NG. that was prior to the build dates for 19 and 20.
