Steve, you are right. The trestle burned on June 23, 2010. I should have been more clear in my last post that the years I referred to were "Fiscal" years ending June 30. Most railroad financial reports were done this way in order to conform to the NM and CO government fiscal years, also ending June 30.
So the 2010 "fiscal" results actually involved operation of the railroad from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 meaning (just to keep everyone confused!) they reflected most of the 2009 season and a small part of the 2010 season. And the trestle being out of use for only a week in late June really didn't affect the results for that "fiscal" year.
By the way, the net railroad operating profit for Fiscal Year 2009 was $40,799 and for Fiscal Year 2010 was $84,110 according to the chart I've got.
