We had 3 @ Edwards Bill, when I was there: 409 (one of the earliest
examples), 654 & 743. I worked in the Egress Shop and was able to
work on all 3. Best part of my 3 yrs. there was a ride to Luke AFB
& back with my squadron commander in the rear seat of 654. He was my
hero after that. What a machine.
