The Denver Water Board has also banned planting new lawns on all newly purchased homes.
I guess that rocks, cactus, sage, yucca, buffalo grass and bentonite will be all the rage.
Another side effect is that in most areas lawn watering won't be allowed, either.
It's dry, it's bad and there's no relief in sight, despite the rain yesterday (rain in the High County in mid February.... how bizarre)
