As far as running K class engines, I'm fairly sure 491 is the only one running on an Alamosa overhaul. I'm pretty certain that all of the other engines have been gone through since then. 491 got her last big job done in 1957 and then pretty much didn't do anything until she retired in 1963, so she was still in fantastic shape. We got really really lucky at the railroad museum, and that's the only reason she runs today.
