I am not convinced the photos are of the same train. The consist appears the same but the ties/mine timbers are stacked differently. Also, the car with the rails is setting on a crossing diamond which does not appear on the other side. My opinion is that the first photo shows car loads of ties while the other shows "square set" mining timbers.
