Yesterday I stopped in Antonito enroute home, and checked out the concrete panels that will be put down. Unfortunately I have no photos as my camera seems to have developed an exposure meter problem. (In any case the panels will be available for examination for a long time.)
There are 7 panels presumably for between the rails. Concrete is poured within a frame of welded angle iron; the frame measures 30" x 97½" and the concrete is 7" thick. There are molded rubber "gaskets" attached to fit the gap between the panel sides and the rails. A "builder's plate" is impressed in the fresh concrete giving a date of July 2014.
There are 14 panels presumably for outside the rails, constructed in the same manner as above. These panels' frames measure 27" x 97½". These also have a rubber gasket, along one side, presumably for placing next to the rail.
Looks to be a first-class operation.
As mentioned before I was told by John Matthews, Roadmaster, that the existing 3rd rail is not original. Also, having the 3rd rail in the crossing would not allow enough room for sufficient concrete. Instead a short section of rail will placed outside the crossing to demonstrate a 3 rail section.
