I was told that iron wheels are only hard on the outside which is why they cannot be turned, you would just have a soft wheel. Steel wheels are the same hardness all the way through and, depending on tread thickness, can be turned 1-4 times.

Don't go stealing all my workers to Antonito with your fancy new facilties and at least one additional hotel! There are 2 tank cars to complete in Chama, and a repair on a third. If all goes well there will be an awesome tank car train in 2015 including the frameless cars and the framed cars (with a caboose!).
