We always get a lot down during the worksessions. Not taking anything away from others, but the Team Leads for this session had done their homework and knew what they wanted to accomplish. For instance, Chris Trunk had everything planned ahead; when we would get to a point where we needed something for the break rigging, he would dig through the pile of stuff he brought from Pennsylvania, and get the part or material we needed. Dan, Russ, and Warren were also very well prepared.
The other thing is that CRF in Antonito is a much better place to do this type of work than anywhere else on the railroad. That's probably the most volunteers we've had working there at one time, but you probably don't want to try to have many more working there.
We're going to try to get 0579 over there so we can do some work on it in Session A next summer (roof, wheelset, other TLC)
