Here is one source for more of Herman Darr's NCNG drawings that include your #9 drawing. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for your copy...

Herman Darr also did other NG RR drawings and I suggest you contact Coronado Scale Models in Phoenix for the full line of drawings which were 1/4" = 1' scale.
