Nevada County Narrow Gauge book has a fold-out plan of NCNG 2-6-0 #5 in it. That plan was also published in the Jul/Aug 2002 NG&SL Gazette.
The Herman Darr plans were the "go to" back in the late 70's and early 80's as far as a decent plan went. Coronado Scale Models in Phoenix often advertised them back then
