This is from a now deceased D&RGW engineer who started on the narrow gauge about 1914. He thought the pictures of 458 were on Cerro, but seemed like too many trees, so he thought it might have been Marshall Pass. He said that 459 was the regular passenger engine on Marshall, but 458 was used also. Here are his comments...
