A 3' gauge locomotive built in 1920 by HKPorter sn6458 for M.A.Patout /Enterprise sugar factory still has some paint. It is probably original because Porter paint jobs never lasted very long in south Louisiana from the pictures I have found, and the company didn't have much money to repaint their locomotives at the time.
In the mid 1990s, I found the end of the saddle tank still had some black paint. The interior of the cab had little flakes of what appeared to once be a medium green, maybe like what the D&RGW used. I am going by memory, and have a photo somewhere here. The domes still had the Porter striping. I can't tell you if it was white or silver because they were very faded. These disappeared once the locomotive was taken outside temporarily after Hurricane Katrina.

Porter went from gold/bronze and red striping in the 1890s to a silver or white striping by 1920.
