The trips are sold. Communication is as usual, a problem. Unfortunately, nobody told the bus driver on Saturday so there was some real hustling to find rides for the passengers going back to Chama. Pity that nobody told the clerks that we were running trains on Memorial day. That cost a bunch of potential passengers. Plenty of pissed-off customers due to long lines and the clerks not being able to find their reservations. They still can't find my paid-for reservation for last Sunday. Apparently the system is so bad they've gone back to paper only and a paper chart for each train.
