Stood on that rock in April many years ago with about thirty of my closest friends. We were photographing a rotary run with 3 engines. It was crowded and a couple of us were in danger of being pushed off the downhill side of the rock. it was cold, but the subject matter was spectacular enough that we ignored the bad weather. If I can find some pictures of that rotary run I'll post them.
Now for the nit picking, I've always heard that that rock was called Kodak Rock ever since the highway was relocated just below windy point. First time I heard this was from Dick Kindig back in 1970.
