I was down the earlier this month with my grandson, and one of the things we checked out was the new extension to the wye. Very nice, but when I hoped to get a photo of the train backing down below Manzanita Drive, I realized that I had goofed. The train obviously only has to back down far enough to let the locomotive clear the switch, so the only thing that crosses the road at that point is the last couple of cars. We had to scramble back up to near the stock pens to catch the shot I thought I'd get further down.
