May I suggest a better idea than buying a ticket and not using it. The EBT in one of its wiser moments started a program several years ago to buy tickets and donate them to people to encourage them to ride and tell their friends. Granted with the EBT it is only 9 dollars for a ticket but the same kind of an idea might work. Maybe a bunch of civic mined guys (and Gulls) could finance a field trip for kids in their home town to the railroad, at least those of you who live in the Colorado/ New Mexico area. Who knows what that can start.
