Thanks for responding Bill as I was about to correct some of Alb's thinking myself. The Stock Car #5995 was found by Grant Houston...I put him in touch with Bill Lock and eventually a group of people put the deal together. A one of a kind car for sure as only 4 or 5 are known to exist. I think the friends BOD's are very focused on what cars need attention and they are doing a terrific job rebuilding and preserving the CATS freight car fleet.
