OK....I'm stumped on this one. This is a picture of the Johnstown, PA incline. My wife grew up very close to there. The bridge is for foot traffic to get to the incline depot. You ride incline cars to the top of the mountain for a view, food, and a gift shop.

What does this have to do with Loveland Pass (Colorado????)
