Re: Sumpter maps-Dixie Loop

It looks like the photo was taken from inside the wye shown on SVR plat maps, the remains of which some of the legs and the tail track can be seen from Google earth just north of the hwy in the middle of this clearing (notice the curved lines of the bushes). The wye shown on the hand drawn map indicates as being west of the photo location I believe, which puts it on a small hillside above the road, making the west leg of the wye, as shown, too steep (I think???). The hand drawn map does not appear to match the published location of the wye. This would be easier if I knew how to compress Google Earth images! Dang 250KB limit!
