I've never blown that photo up before, Weston. Such a neat view of the Pitkin City. The driver looks to be on the rails as normal, at least to my eyes. Note the number of people at the opposite end of the Depot, if the #21 was off the track then those people would be gathered around it.

As for the #7 under the High Bridge, note how far out the end of the first car appears, the Tender is still on the curve, which should still have the pilot off centre. Under full enlargement, the wheels appear to be on the rails(again, to my eyes).

Sorry about calling it as C&S, I should have noted the stack.
Anyone else notice the large number of crew members?
