Thanks for the info Bruce. Since the photo was taken after 1915 I'd guess it was panchromatic film. Here's another photo of the sand plant with what appears to be Climax #1 and a low side gondola type car. This was when the operation was known as Warren Silica Co and I'd guess the photo was taken shortly after construction in 1912. By 1915 the name had changed to Ross Hill Silica Co. The car in the photo appear to be a light color. I'm leaning towards some type of yellow at this point...
