The restaurant at Cordelia is a different location. The original post was referring to cars at Suisun -- the junction (wye) between the UP and the California Northern. The cars in question are apparently wood cars used as sheds. The restaurant cars at Cordelia (easily visible from I-80) are all steel and very definitely standard gauge.
