Can't guarantee anything. Just a posted rumor, but I know for a fact that the passenger car is there as I have now seen it from the Capitol as it raced by. Looked like there were two boxcars there as well, but we went by too fast to guess gauges.
The location is just railroad south of the Suisun-Fairfield depot. It is the location where the CalNorthern's line to Napa takes off from the UP's CalP line.
