No, it means that Mr. Salone is one hell of a wheeler dealer sort of fellow. Sadly it take much more than that to save and then preserve a complicated asset like the EBT. The Kovalchicks will happily work with anybody who has the money, but if the property is purchased through shakey financials, the future creditors may say scrap it all: hence the concern about the buyer.
Frankly, at this stage, support the Friends of the EBT, they may not be wheeler dealers, but I think they are in a much better position to do positive things with the property (and no, I'm not a member).
