I am looking at the 1916 valuation report showing this spur. It clearly states 3 rail 332' long with 187' being 40lb Cambria and 771' of 30lb Rhymney. The switch is a stub switch. Nothing is show as far as the second switch creating a second spur as shown by Sanborn. Also as further proof the ties for this spur are shown as 8'. As Stoddard had it's own people to build track in the woods, the track into the building and second switch may have belonged to them and thus not on SVRy inventory.
