Clint, the only pictoral reference I have seen is the one you posted. The real car shop is shown, on Sanborn and other maps, in the South Baker shop complex, and photos back this up. However, the 1916 ICC structure evaluation makes reference to a "coach cleaning shed". It does not give the exact location, but it would be somewhere between the Baker Depot and the S. Baker yards. This could be the building in question.
