Lancaster County is a lot more lush than eastern Colorado, but during the winter it's not as apparent as it would be in the Spring or Summer - that's one thing that made putting up with the cold weather worthwhile. We were lucky - only light rain for a couple of hours during the middle of the afternoon, then it stopped for an hour or so, and the hard rain held off until shortly after we were done with the daytime run. I'm pretty sure Pete had to move the night shoot indoors, though.
