Gunnison engineer Charles H. (Charlie) Cowan had two daughters: Ruth (born circa 1902) and Mildred (born circa 1903) . Mildred's married name was Mann. Cowan's wife Mary's maiden name was Osborn so maybe the Gunnison are indirectly related but not directly.
