Another unknown 2-8-0 (at least to me)

This last summer, I had the chance encounter of NG equipment at Boulder City NV. What I saw, along with Dan's flat car, was a 2-8-0 and two wooden NG passenger cars along with a wooden SG passenger car.

In light of these other threads of unknown equipment, I thought I would pose this one of mine, but not hyjack other threads.
